Leigh has returned to work after giving birth to her beautiful baby girl! As Leigh’s first pregnancy and birth experience, this has given her new insight into her pre/postnatal Pilates certifications. Being able to exercise through pregnancy allowed for a smooth return to exercise when she was ready.

Leigh has been developing a Mommy and Baby exercise routine for herself and her daughter. She can also develop a similar program for you! As a new mother, there is so much to learn that sometimes it can feel good to get back to the exercise routine you love with an added new twist to include baby!
